Our Quality Assurance System is approved to the requirements of BSEN ISO 9001. Incorporating management practices and employee work activity dedicated to conform to requirements, and producing Right First Time manufactured products. LSF are equipped to ensure products conform at each stage of manufacture to satisfy the needs of a modern fabrication company.

All equipment used for measuring and verifying is calibrated and traceable to national standards, included in the equipment used are:-

1) 2 dimensional laser scanner 1.25m x 1.25m with an accuracy of 0.02mm.

2) 3 dimensional C.M.M. 3.6m x 1.8m accurate to 0.02mm.

Both machines produce detailed dimensional inspection reports and can carry out S.P.C activities.
